Top heavy. Senior management is very greedy. Will layoff needed workers to make their yearly bonus. Sacarfice workers for personal millions. The company has been bought and sold many times. They will be sold soon. Expanding so rapidly without concern for same store sales increases.

Intense pressure to meet sales goals (but hey, it's a sales job, right?). They won't hesitate to lay off people if sales drop or something's not working out. Each location manager given pretty fair amount of autonomy to run their location which means there can be differences between locations--your experience will depend a lot on your manager. Company has gotten so big that its often hard to know who to contact for help with problems and sometimes people you ask for help ignore you. Inventory management system can be a little hard--requires a lot of oversight. If you're not in a sales position you might not be paid as well. If you're not connected to the core business, greater chance of lay off.
