      Pros

      Employees are very friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Management much more concerned about what they make than taking care of their good employees. They are very greedy! Company was purchased to flip and not to keep for the long term. Not a good investment for anyone who wants a measure of stability.

      Pros

      If you like the tire industry you will be immersed in it which will make you happy. They pay for your gas and give you a car allowance, computer, and Iphone

      Cons

      Over 100 branches in the usa all run my different Gm's, therefore there is no same standard of service. They don't care about their customer, customers are just a number. They don't care for their employees who are also a number.
