Pros
You can work from home. And you can get tires at cost twice a year for your vehicle.
Cons
Everything else is a con. Unless you work in the ivory tower that is upper management or a corporate job than you will be treated like crap. Micromanaged so badly that it’ll make you think twice about even going to the bathroom. If you don’t use your PTO than you basically lose and then they make you feel bad about taking a day off to begin with. They don’t care about their customers, or the employees on the bottom rung of the ladder. Complete lack of product training so unless you have experience from being in the industry then you’re setup to fail.
