      One of the best places I've ever worked.

      Pros

      Co workers and supervisors do care about one another. It is mostly a team environment. Of course there's always a couple of people that don't follow that, but overall we do strive to work together to get the job done. Great health insurance. It's expensive, but great. Vacation and sick leave is generous. It is nice that reviews are done across the board once a year.

      Cons

      At times difficult being the middle when working with customers and corporate. It's challenging doing what is best for the company and the customer.

      Fast growing organization, ok benefits, dynamic CEO

      Cons

      IT department is a revolving door with no investment in talent growth, resulting in low morale and commitment of employees. Bullying, finger pointing, racism, and very little transparency is prevalent at senior leadership level.

      My story is I got hired my first day, I waited 2 hours to even start training, but I didn't wait I left feeling this is how they treat new employees I figure its best I don't work here. Manager wasn't ready for me didn't even seem thrilled I was there, told me to sit in the conference room, waited 30 mins, another manager peeked in to say hi gave me a policy manual to read. Another 30 mins went by still no manager, waited another 30 mins finally gave up this was ridiculous I haven't even punched in either so I wasn't officially on their time it was my time. Don't go to Human Resources they wont do a darn thing for you already reported this to them never heard a thing back. Just poor management and improper training. I suggest stay away if this is the first impression you get from a company.
