      There are none at all.

      Cons

      How does anyone expect anyone to stay working for managers who don’t even know how to manage or know how to treat people. Or make them do things that are illegal and against regulations. And the unfairness and unethical unsafe work environment. And bonuses go into your managers pockets and you get introuble for not making your bonus for them? Make that make since.

      With Proper management in place you have a chance to grow your own business within the business.

      your quota can change over night, highly micromanaged, upper Management is only looking to line their pockets regardless of the wake set by them.
