      Pros

      The hourly pay is OK, depending on your region.

      Cons

      You’ll definitely have to do a lot of work. The company is always understaffed and they may cut your hours. The work environment can be pretty tense. No central heating/air so if you’re OK with being incredibly hot during the summertime and incredibly cold during the winter times (depending on your region) then you wouldn’t mind.

      Pros

      ATD does a decent job of treating you like a human. They have ok benefits that they try to spin up as competitive, but mostly it's a way to keep you complacent. You do get a discount on tires.

      Cons

      The benefits are lacking. The pay isn't competitive. The company is a mess when it comes to IT/Data.
