      Great customers, interesting products if you like automobiles

      Cons

      Arrogant management team. Since new CEO arrived, the company has gone through bankruptcy and lost over 30% of their sales. Yet he struts around like he's great. The company needs a leader that can connect with employees and customers, not just the private equity suits.

      Many great individual contributors Smart and personable CEO Moderately decent health benefits and on-site gym/training

      Cons

      Shaky C-suite leadership, especially in IT (although a change was recently made in CIO) Several IT directors lack the needed skills to even run their departments, much less excel Communication through the entire company is lacking to non-existent Pay/salary is toward the lower end of the scale for the area and there is no bonus structure for individual contributors
