Too many to list. This place is a disaster that has “been in transition” for years. CIO was fired a few weeks ago and it *still* hasn’t been officially announced to the whole company, which no rational person can understand. This company is collectively the largest group of people with poor communication skills that I have ever seen in my life, as demonstrated by my previous sentence. If you care for your career, want to grow, or improve your skills, this is definitely *NOT* the place for you. If you want to take orders, do what you’re told no matter how grossly inefficient, and want to be stopped when trying to improve things (or don’t even attempt to improve things), then you will fit right in. They will say all the right things to get you in the door and then don’t practice / execute on any of it. Don’t be fooled like I was because I wish I could have the last few years of my career back...
