Stable working hours and all holidays observed.
Cons
No strategy whatsoever. In four months of my employment with them, they changed my schedule four times. The system was breaking down on daily basis. No backup plan when system breaks down. No proactivity whatsoever. They didn't have people to load trucks. So I was involved in loading and unloading trucks. On the end of my employment with ATD, I found out that I was 18th supervisor in two years.
