-Extreme lack of raises. I have been with the company for 3 years and have less than a dollar total in raises to show for it. -Lack of employees causes most drivers to work excessive hours especially during the busy season (October-February). -If you live where there is harsh winter weather, expect to work unless it’s a storm of 8 or more inches of snow. -True lack of growth potential. -Very strict policies that makes is very easy to lose your job. If you get into one accident, you’re immediately on your final warning. -If you work in the warehouse, you will be worked so hard you can barely walk at the end of your shift. What is expected of you, is not something a human body can handle for hours on end. And you get paid even less than drivers, and do triple the work easily.
