      people are young and friendly

      Cons

      Just don't do it. You're going to be paid chump change for busting your behind. Not worth it. I wish I had known before I got suckered in by the stock options.

      Stable and growing company with decent medical insurance.

      Cons

      Legal department is highly disfunctional. Managers and supervisors do not communicate their needs with their subordinates. Lot of negativity and no thanks for work done well. No growth potential and managers play favorites. Low, low, low pay

      Pros

      They have coffee. And bathrooms. Other than that, there isn't much here for anyone beyond a new college graduate or someone reentering the workplace.

      Cons

      Pay is stunningly atrocious. Also, the fake attitude suggesting that "we really do care about you" gets old pretty fast.
