      Good place to work but senior management was rude occasionally

      Pros

      Salary was very good; Up-to-date on new technology; Relaxed environment; Family friendly place; Lots of encouragement on learning and training;

      Cons

      Information technology department was very small; Space limitation; no individual cubicles for people. Thats why 2-3 people share the same room for working.

      The company is very profitable and successful. If you do well and excel, they will reward you.

      Cons

      Only a few business lines so its hard to get noticed. Sales or Finance may be best route for career opportunities.

      Pros

      Smart, professional people, competent management. Relaxed but professional atmosphere. Good feedback on work -- motivated to do well. Flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      No downside that I could think of -- the work I was doing was not so interesting, but that is no fault of the company.
