This company gets low marks across the board from underpaid wages (company has absurdly high margins) and refuses to reward their front line workers with meaningful base pay raises. Too many good people are realizing they are being used and abused and thus leaving. In turn, HR pushes all sorts of propaganda on the workforce of how “important” they are, while making no effort to compensate commensurate with the level of work required. Don’t let them fool you with survey results- they cherry pick the results to publish in order to make the company appear good, when management absolutely sidesteps the company’s principles.
