      Pros

      Infrastructure is very small and less work load.

      Cons

      Working in American tower is very bad experience. It's fake MNC. Iteration rate is very high. Even people leave with in first 6 months of their job. Management is very poor in managing things. Their increment structure is very low, though i never eligible for that. No or very less onsite opportunity. Vertical growth is very poor. Vendor management is very poor. People don't justify their profiles to themselves. Technical infrastructure is very small, very less to learn technical stuff. Work environment is very poor. No Compensation. HR are very highly negotiating. No Culture & value system.

      Poor Work Environment, Manager Barely Exists

      Pros

      Simple Job, Decent perks such as wellness dollars and relatively flexible hours, co-workers are quite nice people.

      Cons

      Inside the building is like a prison. Manager is always out of the office/unreachable and has no idea what they are doing or what we are doing compliance wise.
