Pros
1. Good learning experience - ATC focuses on latest IT technologies and is leader in opting new technologies / methodlogies. 2. Job Security - It has high job security. Even in Covid time there was no job loss or pay cuts.
Cons
1. No Work Life Balance :- For ATC IT employees work life balance is a joke. Company expects IT to work 15-16 hrs daily for all 365 days. 2. Poor Salary Hikes :- Even after slogging for 11-12 hrs daily you get a high which is way lower than industry standard. 3. There is no standard salary defined for employee grades. A employee on same grade might earn 3 times more than his colleague.
