      Teams here are too much supportive, The work environment is superb and have excellent work-life balance. i can spend more 5 years with the company.

      Health benefits and stock plans are good. Very stable company even in this economy. Salary and bonus structure is decent.

      Cons

      no work life balance, very long working hours. career progression is very limited when a position becomes available, they generally hire from outside instead of promoting employees performing well.
