      Future outlook for IT is questionable Unfair pay for employees with same title and even experience IT leadership is very political

      Pros

      Amazing people that take pride in the work that they do. The benefits are great as well.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with the employees and don't seem to know how to bridge the gap. Valuable employees are leaving the organization and management will not acknowledge that it is primarily due to them!

      Pros

      Professional development. Working in a contract capacity for a low wage made it real easy to get in and out. Not many pros here, just spent time trying to get by.

      Cons

      micro-managers in some departments, much more freedom to work in other departments. In addition, low salaries and low morale made employees (and myself) want to leave as soon as possible.
