Pros

Great work environment, mostly everyone there is upbeat and positive. I have yet to meet anyone that was rude. Great company to work for as this industry should be around for many years to come. Benefits are great, stock options, $500 wellness reimbursement, 3 weeks vacation, good 401K plan

Cons

Not the greatest pay, and they rarely allow overtime. Managers are always in meetings so sometimes it can be very difficult to get questions answered.

Nice place to work. Management and staff get along relatively well. Opportunities for growth and a supportive atmosphere.

Cons

Lower than average pay for the kinds of work done. There seems to be a missing link between the upper level management and the middle management that shows through.
