      Pros

      Good benefits, good colleagues, hybrid, transparent review process.

      Cons

      Pay way under market, understaffed because they pay way under market, they play the fence too much (do something or don’t do something, their signing bonus embodies that perfectly and their “formerly free lunch”), awful hiring process (they force an answer in 48 hours after interviewing candidates for weeks), their pto policy also is god awful, doesn’t feel like a growth environment.

      -great benefits and large company

      Cons

      - hardly anyone that does the actual work ( like staff ) stays longer than a year in the accounting department. I believe it is due to the long/ outdated accounting processes in place and work culture.
