Extremely high turnover due to senior PM.

Pros

None whatsoever, pay was very average.

Cons

Training was minimal, you are thrown into the work without the proper resources to succeed. You'll realize quickly just how inefficient the processes are but any suggestions to higher-ups are shot down because "that's just not how we do things". Senior PM is unfit for her job, but shifts blame for her shortcomings on everyone around her, including you. Difficult to work with someone who is so passive aggressive in a professional setting. Her talking down to her team and having a condescending attitude created an overall negative atmosphere. Imagine putting in your two weeks notice and the response, "No you can leave right now." Huge red flag. Constant micro-managing was another. Contractors were also treated very poorly here. Everyone leaves within a month. Everyone on my team was hired within the last month. Chaotic.

Pros

Majority of newer employees were helpful and honest

Cons

The initial training was confusing, outdated, and overwhelming. They push an impossible amount of reports on you after receiving this terrible training. If you don't make their quota, they threaten to fire you. Even if you do make the quota, they threaten to fire you. Salaried employees work crazy hours to meet these quotas, but if you're a contractor, you're only allowed to work 40 so you basically end up working for free. I have been online at midnight, 3 am, 6 am, and several people were still working.

Micromanaged

Pros

Benefits and stockstocks keep the good ones around a little longer.

Cons

Micromanaged by supervisors that didn't even deserve to be a supervisor. Unprofessional and a bigot. Sooner or later upper management will find they hire morons that not only should've never been promoted but sent to AA. Ridiculously managed by grown men and women that act like they are in elementary school.
