      Great benefits and compensation. RSU compensation is at manager's discretion so you either do well or you don't.

      Cons

      There is now growth path unless you want to take a management role. Not everyone is cut out to be a manager.

      Favoritism. Management expected their employees to work until job is done, even if thats late in the evening. No work life balance at all
