      Health care is decent, but the stress of being overworked will make you sick so maybe that's why the healthcare benefits are decent.

      Cons

      American Tower used to be a good place to work three years ago. Now American Tower is like a vampire. They romance you with decent health benefits and the corporate "kool aid " of how it is the " best" company to work for in the US . They ask you complete employee surveys to prove they care. And for awhile you believe it and you stay. Then they suck the life out you over the years , and when they are done with you they toss your dusty corpse on the pile of others they have used up before you!
