      This is good company to work , with strong backing from overseas. Company has potential to grow and even compete with Indus Towers in future

      Cons

      Senior Management should provide adequate support and man power to junior and middle level team members for achieving their assigned target. For getting good results, necessary team support is required "A lone gram can’t bust the oven" Down sizing a team to single person and expecting him/her to over achieve a target is just asking too much.
