      *Small factories with neighboring facilities. Multiple opportunities for advancement or career changes. *Offers healthcare benefits, dental, and 401K match. *Personable and friendly management *Open door policy

      *Production positions not paid well, especially compared to other factories in the area. *Hot, loud, cluttered, and dirty working conditions. Same as with most factories. *Top management changes frequently, and so do some of the company values.
