Coworkers are good people that I enjoy working with. I have a good supervisor who values me as a person. Those at a professional level have satisfying, challenging responsibilities. It's a family business, so management is motivated toward sustainability and building a legacy. Management is proactive in making sure the business evolves to remain relevant. Benefits package has been improving.
Cons
Manufacturing jobs are typically mundane and not in a pleasant environment. Middle managers / supervisors throughout the company are hit and miss. The worst ones have a reputation for being tyrannical. Pay typically is lagging behind, though not horribly so. Some manufacturing associates are immature and unprofessional, and the lot suffers for it.
