      In my one year of experience in American Unit I didn't find a single reason to reffer some one to work here

      Cons

      Go to HR regarding salary or leave, the HR person don't know anything about it. The person in HR is just like a bouncer in bar/disco. Once you give resignation then the bouncer/HR of the company will make your life like hell. They don't provide any kind of incurance to its employees even they don't provide PF also. You can work here as a daily labour. Even today also some recruiters are working there only because of fear of the HR and management.
