Watch rotation was a good way of making extra money but I had a hard time making it work with my schedule

Pros

Convenient location. Great company culture. Tone at the top is very positive and honest. Though it is a big company, I was able to work with peers in many different departments.

Cons

Pay could be a little better. They seem to promote hiring from within but I didn’t find that it was that easy to move positions.
