Pay, Work from home two days a week (if you're not the manager) and benefits

Cons

The average lifespan of the Server and Storage Manager is 6 to 12 months. With this last departure we will be working on Manager number 13 in the last 9 years. Applying for this position, in my opinion is career suicide.
