Pros

The company mostly hire good quality people who you wouldn't mind seeing outside of work. They also offer decent pay and benefits. Finally, there is a lot of room for growth despite AW being a utility company, and there are some - but not a ton - of perks. Ultimately this seems to be a very good place to work.

Cons

Management-heavy organizational structure and a culture of endless meetings. Since most managers have only a handful of direct reports, they spend a lot of time micromanaging those one or two people. Despite this, development goals and learning initiatives are mostly hot air.
