      Pros

      Great peers to work with and amazing benefits. This company has so much potential to be a great place to work but it will take some serious changes such as removing a lot of the inexperienced senior management and a complete culture change (create work life balance)

      Cons

      Hands down the worst place I've ever worked in terms of: no work life balance, senior management is very unprofessional; while most people try hard to deliver they are hired into roles with no relevant experience which makes it impossible to complete projects on time or budget (example: hiring a PM with no experience to run an entire program). Additionally, while benefits are great, most employees are severely unpaid compared to industry standards.

      Pros

      Being a utility the job stability is good and the benefits are good.

      Cons

      No clear direction from upper management ideas and direction is always changing. They expect districts to meet high standards of performance without providing the manpower or budget to hit the goals. Over the last several years their focus on their employees and how they are valued has dropped considerably.

      Great benefits, good starting salary plus comparable industry raises, if you work for the right department/manager

      Cons

      Too many managers, not enough Indians. Management is afraid of diversity among the ranks.
