Lots of opportunities to grown and achieve. Great benefits. Excellent stock options.

Cons

Though there are opportunities to grow it really depends on who you know. The layoffs removed the BEST people and they are now using too many contractors with very little experience. This causes a lot of stress on the current employees. The company made billions of dollars and still cut the staff in half.
