      Pros

      Good health insurance. Nothing else.

      Cons

      Management does not know how to learn from mistakes, and does not value the people that work tirelessly for the company. Favoritism is rampant. Nice and smart guys who refuse to play politics get taken advantage of. This is a place where people like to kiss butt will thrive. The company is focused on inflating the stock price and dividend growth. Everyone is overloaded, but the company don't care how late you have to work as long as your work is completed. It is becoming very difficult to meet our financial goals because they are not realistic.
