      Great people including the workers in the field. Great benefits. Great safety culture.

      Cons

      IT is just a cost center. No innovation anymore. Leadership lacks a vision for innovation. People will leave after this year's bonus. No respect for experience. They just let the most senior leader go for no good reason.

      politics at its best. the whole top management is really functional promoting themselves three times in a year, principal engineer II, assistant director, director is one example

      todays news is we let go couple of people as the position does not exists. and this is last layoff of this year. after two months, lay offs again
