      Pros

      Excellent healthcare benefits and generous tuition reimbursement. Overtime available.

      Cons

      Very poor morale and culture at the call center. Too many changes and processes that are simply not effective. New IVR for customers is horrible. No bonuses and raises are minimal.

      Good company, good benefits, good uppermanagement

      Cons

      Some management ranging from Managers to Superintendents who were part of Elizabethtown Water Co. are still employed and cover for each other when things hit the fan. Upper management needs to come in and investigate how management is running its office in Plainfield.
