Unprofessional and Poor Training/Management

Great Pay and Great work Schedule.
Cons
-High Freelance turnover -7am meetings -New Tasks Everyday/No day is the same -Job description completely different than job duties -Verbal Training/ Nothing was written down or documented for references. “Just do what I say” management - Access to programs and software needed to perform job duties took weeks to receive - This location is NOT INCLUSIVE OR DIVERSE although the company is big on diversity. -“That’s just who they are” TOXIC co-workers -Will terminate employment without notice or warning if they don’t like something -Throws customer concerns on the customer service hotline who doesn’t do a great job of assisting customers(look up the reviews). There’s people who have been here for 10-30yrs but you will quickly see who they allow to last(at this location).
