Good salary, flexible hours, hybrid schedule

Cons

They sell you a load of crab about job security, longevity, and great benefits. You won't get to use those benefits long term or retire from there because its a toxic corporate work environment. They hire people over you who are inexperienced and fire employees because you won't go along with unethical practices.

Cons

This was the worst job I’ve ever had. No support from management. When you needed help you had do ask in a chat with other CSR’s. They would go on break or lunch (not their fault) but would leave you unaswered and not tell you they were leaving. You wasn’t allowed to contact management over any questions what so ever. Also, you wasn’t allowed to hang up on rude customers.
