Don’t work here - Customer Service Representative (CSR) American Water Employee Review

This was the worst job I’ve ever had. No support from management. When you needed help you had do ask in a chat with other CSR’s. They would go on break or lunch (not their fault) but would leave you unaswered and not tell you they were leaving. You wasn’t allowed to contact management over any questions what so ever. Also, you wasn’t allowed to hang up on rude customers.
