Plenty of challenging work to advance your skills. Exceptional colleagues, learning and development program and technology team. Great benefits.

Cons

Managers will pull a Jekyll and Hyde act -- lashing out in anger against direct reports, shaming them publicly or behaving unpredictably. There is no plan for advancement in pay or rank for employees not at director level. Director level promotions and job changes including layoffs and terminations happen often. It takes every bit of joy away, which is driving regular employees to work elsewhere. New building parking garage is unsafe as there is no way to stop entry of the public to garage. Executive leadership has drivers so they do not experience this uneasy feeling daily.
