Fast paced work environment,good hours,love working there great benefits.

Cons

Pay is little low,they expect production work but only pay by the hour could get much better work ethics and productivity with production pay if they could figure a way to do it,I know it would be hard because assembly lines have so many people that have to work together,but were there's a will there's a way,if they could do that it would be a very prosperous company
