Pros

There are good opportunities for learning new things

Cons

The plants especially the former RSI do not work like the new American Woodmark and unfortunately, the corporate office doesn't really see that.

overworked but nice coworkers

Pros

benefits nice coworkers high pay/ hours depend in which departments you worked some good management birthday board

Cons

long hours pay 5 to 6 days 12 hours a day work week one mandatory day promises of of 4 day work weeks that wont ever happen 10 minute breaks every 2 hours one 30 minute lunch for 12 hour workday benefits college paid for by company only meant for the company and no actual careers outside company.
