      Pros

      Family like atmosphere for not only the residents and their families, but for the staff too. The staff in each building become their own little family. There is many opportunities to advance in this company. They provide continuing education to ensure all staff have the education they need to provide the best care, and understand why and how to do what we do.

      Cons

      I honestly have no complaints thus far in my employment with Americare.

      Amazing company to work with. Residents always come first. Americare is always 10 steps ahead of other companies because they are always looking for ways to better our residents quality of life and employee's experience. Great pay. Great benefits. Amazing leadership. Promotes from within the company to better their employees.

      Your career is what you make it so if you look for the negative in your journey you will find it but I choose to seek the positive experiences and learn and grow from anything negative. Americare is very supportive and gives us all the tools we need to be successful.
