hours and pay were pretty good

Cons

A lot of management turnover, no support for managers with poor employees that have been there a long time and have had long term poor performance. Focus on resident satisfaction instead of whiney employees, you get the same problem as you have always had

The challenges being a Home Health Aide worker is you never know what kind of person house your walking into, you never know if they will be nice to you or just flat out nasty

-Gained knowledge about senior citizens, problems they may face and how to help. -Since I wrote articles from home, I was able to work on my own time. -My boss was nice and helpful!

Cons

-It was sometimes hard to get ahold of my boss via email. I just had to be persistent.
