      Decent location but no thanks

      Not many pros after you realize what's really going on. You're working to make a guy that creeps you out more rich. I watched how the sales reps lie over and over on the phones causing massive problems for customer service. This company has lawsuits all over the place and then threatens employees with lawsuits as well. Lots of drugs around the office and fake "I'm a baller. Look at me" mentality for sales reps that work 24/7 but lie on the phones to make $100k tops. Not worth it if you ask me since you have to work everyday.

      Pros

      The culture at Americor is one of the main reasons I like coming to work. It starts with the CEO setting the standards. We work as a team to help families get out of debt. The people are all about motivating each other, being kind to one another, having fun while getting the job done. There are no ego's here! We have company events and lunch is provided pretty frequently. You have the opportunity to make good money if you have a positive attitude and work hard. This company is growing fast and the potential to succeed and become a part of something great is very possible!

      I do wish the health benefits were a little better but I'm sure as the company grows this will change..

      Pros

      A lot of pros to this position, if you come in and work and find what is most efficient for you, the deals come and so does the money. Pretty flexible schedule which is nice for when you may have a doctors appointment throughout the day.

      Cons

      No salary, even a minimal salary would be helpful especially if the company is looking to go public in the coming years. No 401k benefits of any sort, also would be helpful and maybe driving the not so motivated to be more motivated to produce and think about the job as a long term career.
