Everything but to start. You lie everyday to people in debt. The ceo says “helping families” which everyone laughs at almost as much as his weird video of him walking in the doors on this Glassdoor. Other managers hide and pretend to work. This drug atmosphere with lying is not the place to be if you have any morals or values in your life. Run the other way!

Omg where do I begin! This company is a SCAM!! The managers are liars and play favoritism. Very sexist and just not a honest place at all!! Lie to customers all day who we can not help! Don’t ever have a real problem because they don’t care! The fake smiles are felt and it comes across as really fake!!! Do not waste your time these people are LIARS!!! Smh!

Pros

Working in a team environment that wants to see everyone be successful is a pleasure to be apart of. A lot of growth is happening and with that comes obstacles but this is what makes it challenging and exciting! I enjoy coming to work as each day brings a new challenge that allows me to impact someones life in a positive way!

Cons

Having to deal with negativity from people who are not happy. This is a TEAM environment folks! If you only like to work alone and can't adapt to change don't project it onto everyone else who are happy and doing well.
