Sky is the limit but for earning potential but as with any job, you need to work and learn how to be a valued team member. Nothing is given to you and I guess that is why I really respect the culture and the team as upper management goes the extra mile to make you feel part of the team. We are providing a service no one else has,

Cons

Company growth is going through the roof, this is not a con but a challenge.

The training/ support, great pay structure, huge commission to be made, amazing ownership, beautiful office you feel great when you walk into office.

Cons

Not to many however if you dont have great attitude and work ethic you wont do good anywhere in life.

Pros

I don't really see any pros to working for Americor. I've met some great people while working here but they are all now gone or leaving.

Cons

In sales its import to understand how you are paid but they have changed the pay plan at least 3 times in the past month, I've been underpaid more than once and was basically told to live with it. The inbound calls are few and far between and the queue is manipulated in a way so that the new hires are getting all of the intake opportunities. They act as if the clients well being is very important to them but they charge huge fees and Client Services almost never gets back to my clients. I could go on and on but bottom line is that Americor is all talk and will waste your time.
