Business Outlook
Pros
There is a lot of room for growth. Company is expanding so new positions open up every few months. Management Caters the employes with appreciation. Management is also very personal with the Staff. They make a conscious effort to make their faces known and training although still rough around the edges is extensive.
Cons
Office space is small but company is expanding so it will be taken care of shortly. Sometimes accountability can be an issue but nothing to bad and cannot be handled.
