Pros

Can't say enough about the training and culture here. They set you up for success and everyone supports everyone here. From the trainers, to the management and upper management they truly care about your success here.

Cons

It is a grind, but you can find good balance here.

Something to do that pays if you're just looking for a check with benefits.

Cons

The quality of leads Upper Management comp plan is a joke debt amount back end messes up (yet again messing up your pay) nothing sticks they include debts that they KNOWINGLY should not include only to tell there clients to figure it out....I mean the list goes on

Pros

Either good people like yourself trying to make a living

Cons

They treat their staff as a number and do not fulfill their promises. Lies, lies, lies, and micromanaging to the full extent. If you began making too much money, they change the rules and how you get paid not just one time multiple times. They also will hire people for lower pay and get rid of their staff that has been there a long time because they don’t want to pay them. There is a lot of drug abuse even up in the management and favoritism. Trust me you will want to avoid this place.
