      Hours may be long however, they tend to compensate hard work. If you are up for a grind; You will not be upset with the outcome.

The core value of changing lives is at the heart of everything Americor does, and that’s what really sets us apart from the rest. It’s not just about our clients — they make sure to focus on changing the lives of employees too. The leadership team genuinely wants everyone to succeed and grow, and that commitment to changing lives makes it an inspiring place to work.

      At times, the workload can be heavy, but it keeps me busy and ensures I’m always learning. While it can be challenging to juggle multiple tasks, I find it to be a rewarding experience that helps me develop stronger sales agents on my team. Their success is mine

      -every 2 weeks they buy tacos or pizza for the employees

      Cons

      -be prepared to work the hardest you have worked and be prepared to make the least out of all your sales history. Also be prepared to work 55 hours a week. -"there are no tiers" but 1 person gets 3 deals a day ... -play the politics or you will get the DNQ leads -only the same top 10-15 people make money, the rest are fed the DNQ leads and work way more but make way less - they time how long your away from your desk, called "occupancy" and take away your bonus if you take more than a 30 min lunch and 2, 15 min breaks, if you have to go to the bathroom you can kiss your bonus goodbye. -Gaslighting from management is pretty common, really shocked actually when i started to notice it -work life balance is non existent- i would work 55 hours a week on a regular basis
