Lot's of changes, but it's a fast growing company, not Wells Fargo.

We're grateful for your feedback and especially appreciate hearing from someone who has been with Americor for more than five years. Thank you for recognizing our efforts to listen to employee feedback. As we've grown, employee input has played an important role in shaping many of the decisions and improvements we've made along the way. We also appreciate your perspective regarding change. Growth often brings new opportunities, processes, and challenges, and while change isn't always easy, it is a natural part of building and scaling a company. We remain committed to communicating openly, listening to our employees, and continuously improving as we evolve. Thank you for your continued dedication and contributions to Americor. Pros

Americor is an environment where sales professionals can thrive if they have a hunger for growth. The CRM is one that supports sales efforts, leading to better customer relationships, increased revenue, with efficiency. I am able to use communication, negotiation, and strategy and training to close deals faster and scale sustainably.

Cons

Pros

High earning potential It’s a true sales job—you get out what you put in. If you’re willing to grind, you can make a very good income. I personally don’t work weekends and still do well financially. Clear performance metrics Americor sends weekly stats (occupancy, login time, production, etc.). You always know exactly where you stand. Merit-based success A lot of people talk about favoritism, but in my experience, the top performers are simply the ones putting in the most effort. The numbers back it up every week. Opportunity for driven people If you’re competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, this environment rewards you. Bottom Line Americor is worth it depending on what you’re looking for. If you’re driven, disciplined, and ready to put in long hours, the earning potential and career growth can be great. If you’re looking for easy money, balance, or a laid-back environment, you’ll likely be frustrated.

Cons

Long hours if you want top pay To reach high income levels, expect 10–12 hour days Monday–Friday. Breaks and long lunches are luxuries you might not take if you’re aiming for the top. Not for people who want work–life balance It’s a grind. If you want a relaxed or predictable schedule, this isn’t the place. Sales mindset required This job isn’t for someone looking to coast or stay “average.” Mediocre effort will lead to mediocre pay, and may feel discouraging if you’re not built for sales. High pressure environment Goals matter. Performance matters. If that stresses you out, this job may not be the right fit.
