Stop lying to clients and employees

Low base pay, low commissions compared to how much we close, mandatory weekends/overtime. Micromanagement seems to come from the top down. Clients are rude a lot of the time. The also would not let new in office workers work remote freely. I thought this was strange since half of the company works remote. When asked a manager stated they were “grandfathered in to that”
